Raw Falafel

Collard leaves are wonderful to use as tortillas!  They are power packed with phytonutrients and folic acid!  Raw vegan tahini yogurt with a hint of cumin, purple cabbage and baby greens are the bed for these raw falafels rolled in whole brown sesame seeds.  The falafels are made out of sprouted almonds, sprouted sunflower seeds, sun dried tomatoes, carrots, fresh vegetables, herbs and spices. - yum! : ) Tahini, sesame seed butter, is packed with calcium and great for growing bones or to help prevent older bones from osteoporosis. Dairy products actually leach calcium out of the bones in a process called deamination.
