Blend one cup of water with 4 to 5 tablespoons of raw cacao powder and 4 medjool dates, until the dates are completely broken down, then slowly add in one medium ripe avocado in chunks until completely smooth. Top with gogi berries and currants--and nibs if you enjoy their kick--and feel the amazing vitality coursing through your body in minutes! Raw cacao, known for its antioxidant capabilities, high levels of iron, and special nutrients which protect against sun damage, has a unique smooth taste quite different from roasted cacao beans in commercial dark chocolate. Gogi berries are one of the highest known sources of beta carotene, an amazing antioxidant and skin-saving substance. Avocados are a good source of vitamin C, which supports skin collagen repair and production. If you've ever heard of "eating sunscreen," this recipe would be excellent for such an approach.
